Looking back on 2016 – DECEMBER

At last the area at Red Square opened up and ice rink could be used. Windows decoration at GUM wished you happy New Year or had tempting decorations. First weekend went to the Ice rink, but also Art Nuevo exhibition at Kremlin and smaller exhibition at an Art House close to Nevekutzneskaya and lunch at the very nice Scandinavian restaurant Bjørn at Piatniskaya.

Later in the month I had visitor to bring along to some of the art galleries in Moscow. Among them Multi Media Art Museum. Some fantastic exhibitions to watch.
Snow arrived and walking around in Moscow in December could like 2016 be a winter wonder land.

Garage Museum of Contemporary Art, reflecting the co-founders’ commitment to providing long-term public access to living artists and art histories. On June 12, 2015, the museum moved to its first permanent home in Gorky Park, in the heart of Moscow.

And that was all for 2016, hope I manage early February 2017 to add January 2017 and then step by step as pictures float into my camera to show you whats going on in Moscow in 2017 on a more regular basis.
